Common questions

Blocking isn't working. Make sure you approved the Screen Time permission when prompted. You can check under iOS Settings → Screen Time. Standstill needs this to shield apps.

How do I unblock temporarily? Open Standstill during a session, tap “Take a pause,” breathe, and choose a 1, 5, or 15-minute window.

Is my data private? Yes. Standstill has no account and no server. It never learns which apps you chose. See our Privacy Policy.

Is Pro a subscription? No. Standstill Pro is a one-time purchase that never auto-renews.
